Latta Pavilion I selected IRIS Solutions based upon a recommendation by Sullivan-Schein when I started out on my own, separating from a three dentist practice. IRIS Solutions worked with me on refining a proposal that would work with my new practice for my computer, sound and telephone systems. During the installation, IRIS Solutions went above and beyond my expectations to assist me. Although, I ran into several delays to open my new practice, IRIS was flexible in meeting our needs on the sliding installation dates. During the delay in our opening, IRIS assembled and set our system up at various locations to assist us with training so that our staff would be trained and ready for our opening. We are still a client with IRIS Solutions as they remain very responsive to our needs. IRIS Solutions is not only a hardware provider but a solutions company. They have the experience and knowledge to integrate technology for the dental industry. 6100 Fairview Road Suite 610 Charlotte, NC 28210 704-554-6104 In the design and construction of my new dental office, there arose many obstacles in just about every aspect of the project. Everything from the position of the walls, the cabinet design and construction, lighting and other electrical items, or the phone system, had some glitch associated with it. There were many extraordinary demands that the design of the computer system presented. Some of the concepts that are incorporated in our office were done in Charlotte for the first time. In fact, [our] office has become a model for other new installations or upgrading projects that had been done in the Charlotte area, both with and without IRIS being the contractor. I am sure that when I explained my plan to [IRIS Solutions], the phase, “You want what???” must have crossed [their] mind, but [they] never told me that it would not work, or that it would be too difficult. [They] just thought about it, and made it happen. [IRIS Solutions's] expertise also extended into areas that I had mistakenly not hired IRIS for, and which at the time, were proceeding poorly. However, [IRIS Solution's] input and active intervention with the other companies was unselfish and incredibility helpful. As my ideas change I become more ambitious, IRIS helped plan and execute additions and changes over the year or so of the practices existence. And, most importantly, when the problems started to surface involving the imaging software, [IRIS was] instrumental in partnering with the software vender to find a solution. I am extremely grateful for all [IRIS has] done for me and for the office. The original business relationship has grown to be more of a friendship because of the genuine interest and just plain fun that we have had. I am looking forward to future projects. Thanks, |

A. Keith Phillips, D.D.S. This letter is in reference to our experience with IRIS Solutions. Our office has enjoyed a very positive relationship with IRIS. Initially, I was a slightly hesitant to partner with IRIS for our hardware and networking requirements because we are in Winston-Salem, NC and IRIS is located in Charlotte, NC. I was concerned that the distance between us would not allow IRIS to quickly respond to our daily operation needs. However, IRIS has proven to be responsive and accessible. Our experience with IRIS understanding our needs as a dental practice has also been positive. The proposal, installation, and project management stages have gone smoothly.
